1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment 
confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next 
business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number 
once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship worldwide from Japan using:
  • DHL Express
  • FedEx International Priority / International Economy

The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location, 
package size, and weight. Both carriers provide full tracking and 
door-to-door delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimated transit times after dispatch and do not include 
processing time or potential customs delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, 
package weight, and dimensions.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
──────────────────────────────
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs 
clearance fees imposed by your country's government.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.

We are required by law to declare the full value of the shipment on 
customs documents. We do not mark shipments as "gifts" or under-declare 
values.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment at:

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after 
your shipping confirmation email is sent.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to 
certain regions due to carrier restrictions or international regulations.
If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot 
ship to your location at this time.

8. Delays & Exceptions
──────────────────────────────
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Customs clearance in the destination country
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure
  • Peak season carrier congestion

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please 
contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at 
 with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
